For labour hire and staffing businesses, the people who need SafetyCulture change weekly. This integration reads placements from Bullhorn and provisions, assigns and deactivates SafetyCulture users to match, so a new placement arrives on site already inducted. It is being built with our first staffing client now.

01 · How it runs
The integration, end-to-end.
3 steps, in order. A daily sync from Bullhorn placements into SafetyCulture, covering provisioning, inductions and deactivation.
Placement starts
When a placement reaches its start date in Bullhorn, a SafetyCulture user is created and added to the groups for that client site and role.
Inductions assigned
Training and induction courses for the site are assigned on creation, so the worker can complete them before the first shift.
Placement ends
When the placement ends, the SafetyCulture user is deactivated. Their completed inspections and training stay in the audit trail.
02 · Requirements
What we need from you.
A short checklist before kickoff. Anything missing, we sort out on the scoping call.

- 02A Bullhorn account with API access enabled for your tenant.
- 03An admin in both systems to generate credentials during setup.
