Discovery

Design
A short Proof of Concept that validates the integration against a live SafetyCulture account, before we build production infrastructure or commit to a delivery date.
Implementation
Build, host and deploy with minimal disruption to operations. We monitor the integration in production, surface failures via Slack or email, and own resolution.
Training and support
Documentation, admin training, and ongoing support to keep the integration running cleanly. Most customers stay on a small monthly retainer for monitoring and changes.

What does a typical custom integration cost?
Scoped per engagement. Most projects land between $8k–$25k for build, plus a small monthly retainer for hosting, monitoring and ongoing support. We quote fixed-price after a free scoping call.
How long does it take to build?
Most integrations are two to six weeks from kickoff to production, depending on the complexity of the source system and the number of edge cases. We commit to a delivery date after the Proof of Concept.
Do you host the integration or do we?
We host by default — failures route to our team, not yours. Some enterprise customers prefer to host inside their own infrastructure for compliance reasons, and we support that too.
Can you support our existing in-house integration?
Yes. We have inherited and stabilised plenty of internal integrations that started working and then stopped. The first step is always a short audit so we understand what is in production today.
