An industry-leading wind farm operation and maintenance service in the UK faced challenges with technicians capturing work evidence during call-outs. Technicians needed to document images and details for clients, but relying on pen and paper while high up in wind turbines created long hours of paperwork after the job. Bravas implemented a fully digitised technician reporting system via SafetyCulture so technicians could capture images and details in the app as part of their work. The system also enabled real-time transfer-of-control notifications to head office, helping the team track progress live. The project reduced technician overtime, sped up customer invoicing, improved client relationships through shareable work evidence, and integrated the workflow with inventory management to reduce warehouse administration.
