BravasCare is our dedicated account management service, designed to ensure you’re fully supported throughout your SafetyCulture journey.

Each account will be different and we will design the ongoing care service relevant for your situation. Some examples include: Troubleshooting and emergency support, Project managing new use cases, Template and SC Training Course creation, Regular sharing of reports and analytics to a management group, User Management (adding, removing and updating users), Account optimisation and new feature summaries, Scoping integrations, Sending SC reports to clients or suppliers, and general day-to-day administration

 

Implementations

We provide a fully managed implementation service of SafetyCulture. The key to any implementation of operations software is to get the buy-in of the frontline team, and so our implementation approach is to design the perfect experience for field users and work backwards. We do the heavy lifting of the account set up and ensure we are configuring SafetyCulture for the long term. We will be on-site or online with your users and administrators to run training sessions and feedback sessions, and will continue to iterate with you after completion. Project timelines vary from 1 to 6 months depending on complexity.

Integrations and Configuration

We digitise all of your inspections, audits and other checklists into SafetyCulture templates. We convert any existing learning content into SafetyCulture training. We optimise the set up of existing accounts. We build BI dashboards in tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to visualise your SafetyCulture data. We integrate your SafetyCulture platform with your existing software environment and build custom two-way integrations with the SafetyCulture API. Bravas can be used as an outsourced administration team for your SafetyCulture account if you require ongoing support.
